Context: Director at an ICT MNC welcomed new recruits – fresh graduates- into the team. These freshers had just undergone an extensive six month orientation module known as the Graduate Academy course within the organization. The objective was to celebrate the new entrants and motivate them to maintain momentum, while also positioning the speaker as an inspiring people leader.
